Patient has low T level and low FSH and LH. Which of the following can cause these findings: Klinefelter, Undescended testes, or OSA?
OSA. Lab findings indicate secondary hypogonadism. Klinefelter and undescended testes will have primary hypogonadism in that testosterone will be low but FSH and LH will be high due to negative feedback mechanism. With OSA, problem arises in the anterior pituitatary
