Any substance that dilates the efferent arteriole will (increase/decrease) the downstream pressure from the efferent arteriole. The upstream pressure of the glomerulus is (increased / decreased) which leads to a (rise / decline) in creatinine.
Any substance or condition that dilates the efferent arteriole will INCREASE the downstream pressure from the efferent arteriole because there is less resistance to flow. The upstream pressure of the glomerulus is DECREASED which leads to a RISE in creatinine.
