Office cleaning
Our office is getting complaints about cleanliness but we don't have budget for full-time cleaning staff. What do other small businesses do?

Re: Office cleaning
Most small businesses outsource cleaning instead of hiring dedicated staff. It's cheaper than a full-time salary plus benefits

Re: Office cleaning
Outsourcing makes way more sense for smaller operations. We tried having employees clean after their shifts but it never worked properly because everyone was tired and rushed through it. Switched to Commercial cleaning Services that come in three times per week during evenings. They handle everything from floors to bathrooms and the cost is reasonable split across the month. Staff morale improved since nobody has to clean anymore and the space stays consistently presentable. For small businesses it's definitely more practical than trying to manage cleaning internally or hiring someone full-time
