From bedtime battles to peaceful routines
Hi everyone! Bedtime used to be such a struggle at our house - endless stalling and frustration. I recently learned about using bedtime questions to make it a more positive moment. How can I turn this idea into a consistent nightly routine without losing patience?

Re: From bedtime battles to peaceful routines
Hey! I totally understand that. I got inspired by some simple bedtime strategies on https://www.the-littlest-thistle.com/bedtime-questions-kids/ and now our nights are so much smoother. I created a little ritual: we dim the lights, cuddle, and I ask one or two gentle questions. Sometimes it’s “What was something kind you did today?” or “What would you like to dream about tonight?” Keeping it short and warm really helps. It’s no longer a battle - it’s a moment of calm connection that both of us treasure.
