I was having trouble sleeping. Because of the constant stress at work, I stopped sleeping normally and it was quite difficult for me to cope with the problem on my own. That's why I turned to for help, where I was prescribed an online therapy course, which helped me. I am very glad that now it is possible to get help online. For example, it is sometimes difficult for me to talk about my problems with strangers, and it was much easier to do it when I was at home in front of the computer screen.

My friend also has that kind of problem, he can't properly sleep at night and sometimes he totally awake all time. So, I tried to recommend to him this he started using medicinal mushrooms and I hope it works to him.

This is a rather prevalent issue. I read that using the phone before bed has a significant impact on sleep quality. Try not to use your phone at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
