Has anyone had success losing weight with therapy-based meth
Weight has always been a bit of a rollercoaster for me, but the last few years have been the worst. Stress, work-from-home habits, and barely any movement—it all piled up. Been thinking about therapy or prescription-based approaches but don't know where to start or what’s safe.
