I come from the IT industry, and you know, there are often excellent specialists there, but weak managers. Simply because leadership is not about skills, but about relationships. And recently I argued with a friend: he believes that a leader is primarily charisma. I am sure that everything is more complicated. And to confirm my point of view, I sent him this article:
