I noticed that some platforms attract with their atmosphere — colors, design, approach, even without any logic. Could this be a criterion for choosing, or is it all a trick of the eye?

I've also come across a beautiful wrapper before — you come in, you look, everything is bright and interesting, but when you start using it, everything turns out to be inconvenient. Everything is different on : it has a pleasant atmosphere and convenient functionality. This combination, when the eye is happy and it's comfortable to play, is rare, and it really affects the desire to return.
