Why am I always unhappy with my life?
I feel like no matter what I do, I can’t enjoy it. It feels like I need to go somewhere, do something, eat something, drink something, but when I do it, it all feels pointless.

Have you tried talking to a psychologist? Though honestly, it sounds like an existential crisis, when you don’t know who you are, why you’re here, how you fit in, and a million other questions with no answers. I’ve been through that.

Sometimes life feels tough and empty, like nothing really hits the right spot. Maybe taking small breaks doing something fun, like playing , could help distract your mind and bring some joy back
