Has anyone here had to deal with yet? I just learned more about and how it requires inspections for balconies, decks, and other elevated structures in multi-unit buildings. It’s a bit overwhelming trying to figure out the compliance process, especially when it comes to scheduling inspections and getting the right repairs done on time.
