Здравствуйте! Для обсуждения и поиска лучше всего подходит Strategium. Там постоянно выкладывают новые проекты: от косметических изменений до серьёзных переработок геймплея. Я лично нашёл там моды для Stellaris и Hearts of Iron, которые сделали игру намного интереснее. Плюс удобно, что пользователи делятся инструкциями и сразу предупреждают о возможных багов.
