Ман баъзан барои оромӣ ба бозиҳои онлайн медароям. Аммо метарсам, ки оҳиста-оҳиста вобаста шавам. Чӣ тавр тавозунро нигоҳ дорам?

Ин саволи бисёр муҳим аст . Ман низ чунин ҳолатро дидаам ва ҳоло қоидаҳои шахсӣ дорам. Аввал, вақти муайян барои бозӣ мегузорам — масалан, на бештар аз як соат дар рӯз. Дуюм, ҳеҷ гоҳ дар ҳолати асабӣ ё ғамгин бозӣ намекунам. Агар мебинам, ки фикрам танҳо дар бораи бурд аст, фавран танаффус мегирам. Бозӣ бояд барои шавқ бошад, на барои “фаромӯш кардан”. Ин тавр, ту назоратро нигоҳ медорӣ ва истироҳати ҳақиқӣ мегирӣ.
