أهمية النوم الجيد للصحة النفسية والجسدية

أحيانًا بعد العمل الطويل أجد صعوبة في النوم، حتى مع كل محاولاتي للاسترخاء قبل النوم. الليلة الماضية حاولت قراءة كتاب بدلاً من استخدام الهاتف، وشعرت ببعض التحسن، لكن ما زلت أبحث عن طرق أكثر فعالية لتحسين جودة النوم. هل أحدكم لديه نصائح مجربة؟

أنا كذلك كنت أعاني من نفس المشكلة، وبدأت أخفف استخدام الأجهزة قبل النوم وأمارس تمارين التنفس. كمان مرة صادفت عن العادات الصحية، وكانت تحتوي على بعض المعلومات المفيدة حول روتين النوم. أهم شيء بالنسبة لي هو الالتزام بوقت ثابت للنوم ومحاولة الابتعاد عن التوتر قبل النوم.

مرحبًا، موضوع النوم مهم جدًا. أحيانًا مجرد خلق بيئة هادئة في الغرفة، مثل الضوء الخافت والهدوء، يمكن أن يساعد كثيرًا على النوم الجيد. التجربة البسيطة هذه غالبًا تكون أكثر فعالية من النصائح المعقدة.
