Turbo Upgrade Advice Needed
Hi everyone, I own a Range Rover and recently started noticing a drop in power and slower acceleration, especially when overtaking. I’m not sure if this is a turbo issue or something else. Has anyone faced similar symptoms, and is upgrading or replacing the turbo actually worth it in the long run?

I get what you mean. Many Range Rover owners report similar performance loss over time. Sometimes it’s wear, sometimes maintenance-related. Before jumping to conclusions, it’s good to understand options and real experiences. Hopefully someone here can share practical advice without bias.

Re: Turbo Upgrade Advice Needed
I’ve been in a similar situation with my Range Rover, and after a lot of research and talking to mechanics, I realized how crucial the right turbo is for performance and engine longevity. Choosing a proper can restore lost power, improve fuel efficiency, and make the car feel responsive again. The key is matching the turbo exactly to your model and driving style, not just buying the cheapest option. When I upgraded, the difference was noticeable within days. The engine felt smoother, and highway driving became far more confident. If you’re considering it, focus on quality and compatibility rather than rushing the decision.
