We've transitioned to electronic invoicing for several key suppliers, and handles the UBL format without any additional configuration. Electronic invoices are received, processed automatically, and fed into the matching workflow without any manual intervention. For suppliers who still send PDF files, text recognition (OCR) extracts the data. Having a single system that handles both formats consistently has eliminated the manual work we used to do separately for different types of suppliers.
