I encountered a similar situation with a defective set of designs I purchased from them. The quality was far from what I expected and I was forced to ask for help. My first attempts to contact support were disappointing. After numerous calls and emails, I was finally able to speak with their representative. They ended up offering a partial refund and an apology.
