Bird's Eye Chili
Hi, I'm new to the forum. I found a recipe f that used a Bird's Eye Chili. I can't find this ingredient in my local grocery store, and I don't know what to replace it with. Can anyone give me advice on how to make this chili?

Bird's eye chili is one of the spiciest chili peppers, but it's not for everyone. It can be pounded into a paste and added to soups, curries, and stir-fries. It can be fresh, dried, or even canned—so if you're looking for an easy substitute for this spicy pepper, look no further than Serrano pepper! If you'd like more information on this topic - read on .
