That is a tough one. I mean to say that in my city there are six different scooter companies trying to get the most usage. I have tried three of them as the other three apps do not work on my phone!
I like availability and ease of use. I also prefer a scooter with the largest wheels. Most of them have similar sized wheels. One of the scooters I have used a lot for ease of use has the handle bar up too high in my opinion. It’s like being a kid too small for the ride!
