CHAN 2022: Uganda Cranes Earn Hard-Fought Victory Over Sene
Uganda Cranes put up a resilient performance to overcome Senegal at the ongoing African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Algeria.
In the game played on Wednesday at the 19th May 1956 Stadium, Annaba, Uganda stunned the Lions of Terranga to win 1-0.
Frank Ssebufu (in red) closes down a Senegalese player.
Skipper Milton Karisa scored the lone goal of the game to guide the Cranes to victory.
This is only Uganda’s second victory at the biennial Championship and the first since 2014 when the Cranes defeated Burkina Faso 2-1.

I also see a lot of activity in local football. New stadiums are being built and new football schools are opening. All this affects the popularity of football as a base for betting - If you go to the local bookmakers you will see that the local odds are even higher than in the European league.
