You have a very cool idea, I think a lot of people will come to you. Older people will reminisce about their childhood, and younger people will be interested to see what these games are all about. I think you can create even more fans of arcade games with this place. I hope you can find more to implement your idea. But I don't see that as a big problem, so I'm sure you can do it, that's the kind of place I wish I could go to someday.
