For me, was a real breakthrough. I couldn't achieve the shape I dreamed of after years of hard training. I decided to take the course, having studied everything beforehand. After just a few weeks, my mass went up, and my relief became more distinct. This is not a replacement for training and nutrition, but an excellent accelerator. The main thing is to approach it wisely and not ignore your health.
