In many cases it is not as easy as you may think. My grandmother lives alone, she is 96 and she needs certain medical help. We wanted her to move to London and live in our house, so that we could help and support, but she refused. She says that this climate makes her feel worse. After some thinking, we applied to a medical staffing agency  and found a good health professional to come and help her on a regular basis.
