I guess if your conflict mediator has no psychologic/psychiatric background, they will be of no use to many people. I have a son who is 15. This is a very difficult age. And all his conflicts with his mother bring him to the brink of depression. As you know, depression is very bad at this age. So I found a good source of help where I will find a better consultant for my son in this situation than just a mediator.

Hi. I don't really like to get into conflicts, so I don't advise you to get into them either so you don't have to resolve them. Good luck.
