Hi all! I didn't think about this question until I was 40, as I didn't have any particular health problems. And now every year I more and more often think about the question of how to maintain and improve health?

When I reached my 40s I also decided to pay more attention to health. What I changed first was my nutrition. I started reading about products, their calories and PFC. I found an article about food from my favourite store. Just now I read guides and reviews, and check the main info before purchasing.
