Doing sports
I have been wanting to do sports or stretching for a long time. What is the best thing to do now? And what is the best thing to do? Should I go to a special gym or try it myself?

Yoga is a very good thing, but if you are new in this field, I recommend you to try Pilates, it is more easy and understandable, for beginners in this field
