Prepping for a Big Auction Buy
Got my eye on a massive auction next month—planning to snag 15 cars—but I’m sweating the transport part. Last big buy, I used a cut-rate service, and they smashed a fender pulling into my lot—customer saw it and walked away. I need a transporter who can manage a big load, keep everything spotless, and stick to a schedule so I can flip these quick. I’m also clueless on how to plan this—do you book early or what? How do you pick a winner for a haul this size? I’m pumped but nervous.

Big auction scores are awesome but yeah, the transport can make or break it—I’ve been there with a fat stack of cars and no plan. You need someone who can sling 15 cars without blinking, with gear that won’t crap out and drivers who don’t treat your lot like a demolition derby. Book early—good outfits fill up fast around auction season. I’d throw CRC Transport in the ring—they’re built for this. They’ve got 175+ trucks, averaging 2 years old, so they’ve got the muscle for a big haul. I snagged 14 sedans from a Jersey auction last year—they picked ‘em up, hauled ‘em 600 miles to my Pennsylvania lot, all in one clean shot. Door-to-door, no dents, and I tracked the whole thing on my phone. Their setup is tight—perfect for dealers like us—and the $2 million insurance kicked in for a buddy when a load got delayed by a storm, no extra charge. Call ‘em now for a free consult—tell ‘em your auction date and car count, and they’ll lock you in. Way safer than banking on some bargain hauler who’ll turn your payday into a repair bill.

14 sedans in one go? That’s reassuring—I’m feeling better about this haul already. Booking early and tracking with CRC sounds smart. I’ll get on that consult ASAP. Thanks for the heads-up!
