I’m looking to for a custom app project and want to make sure I choose the right team. There are so many options out there freelancers, agencies, offshore development teams and it’s a bit overwhelming.

For those of you who have gone through this process, what’s your best advice? Should I go for a freelance developer or a full-service agency? What factors should I consider when hiring Android developers in terms of experience, cost, and reliability?
