I’m trying to tweak my morning routine to feel more energized. Heard affirmations could be a good addition—anyone tried them and seen a difference?

Adding affirmations to your morning can definitely perk you up. It’s a simple trick—say something positive to start on the right foot. I’ve been picking up ideas from and it’s been a nice little lift. Doesn’t take much time, and I feel it helps me tackle the day better.
