Used the when I flew in with my partner – it was totally worth it. A guy was already waiting as soon as we landed. He helped us skip the long lines at immigration, got us on a buggy to the exit, and even had someone help with the bags. I picked the Gold package, and it came with one-on-one guidance and lounge access for our flight back too. Way smoother than trying to figure everything out solo. Totally recommend if you want zero stress on arrival.
