Kitchen equipment

Anyone know where to get decent commercial kitchen equipment without paying restaurant depot prices? I'm opening a small deli and my startup budget is pretty tight

Try looking online instead of just local suppliers. Sometimes you can find better deals and they ship directly to you which saves time too

Online is definitely cheaper most of the time. I outfitted my whole pizza shop by shopping around different sites and comparing prices. Found has competitive pricing on stainless steel restaurant equipment and their shipping was faster than expected. What helped me was making a list of must-have items first, then shopping for deals on each piece separately instead of buying everything from one place. Saved me probably 30% compared to local quotes. Just make sure whatever you buy meets health code requirements for your area
