When I first started, I was constantly annoyed that the support was responding in a boilerplate manner, and not in Russian either. Sometimes it seemed that they just didn't understand me. I understood that I needed a platform where I could calmly ask a question and get a clear answer without Google Translate. There are no problems with this on the platform: support responds quickly, to the point, and — importantly — in Russian. For the first time, I felt like I was communicating with real people who really wanted to help. This greatly increases trust and confidence, especially in controversial situations.
