Only specify the education that will be useful for the desired position. If you want to work as a marketer, but have a law degree, you do not have to specify that. The most important thing is experience. Facebook's hiring manager says that most recruiters don't look at education at all; they care about experience.

If you decide to submit your resume to a foreign company, a brief description should definitely be added. According to a study, 98% of large companies use an applicant management system (ATS) in which the bot looks first at the value of the brief description.
