Quick Setup For Road Trips
My partner and I are planning a cross-country road trip from Toronto to Vancouver. We will be changing campsites almost every single night for three weeks. The idea of setting up and taking down a complex tent 20 times sounds exhausting. We need something that is essentially "instant" but spacious enough for a queen air mattress. What is the most efficient tent for this kind of travel?

Re: Quick Setup For Road Trips
For a trip with that many stops, efficiency is absolutely key. If you spend an hour setting up camp every day, you will be miserable by week two. You need an system. I did a similar trip through the US national parks using a tent from RBM Outdoors and it was a lifesaver. You unroll it, peg the corners, and pump it up. The whole thing stands up in under 15 minutes. Taking it down is even faster—you just open the valves and it collapses instantly. The RBM bags are also oversized, so you don't have to fight to stuff the tent back in the bag every morning, which is a huge frustration with other brands. It leaves you way more energy for hiking and driving. Plus, the durability of their materials means you won't be patching holes halfway through your trip.
