If developers are employees of the contractor
If developers are employees of the contractor, why does team selection still take weeks?
I have come across services from development companies more than once that offer to find a dedicated team of developers for specific tasks and projects. And there are even those who promise to do it not in months, but much faster. But weeks is still not a short time. Why does this happen if these are the company’s own employees?

Partly, you are underestimating how much context a developer needs to be effective. You can start coding right away, but real efficiency comes later. Maybe these weeks are the price you pay to reduce risks in the future.

Listen, having your own staff of developers in a company does not mean they are all sitting around doing nothing and just waiting for you to show up. If it is a good company, obviously. Every employee might currently be busy on different projects, and you just need to wait until they are free. If you are looking for the fastest possible option, company that really selects developers much faster. But in any case, I would advise not to forget that there are many internal processes you do not see, and these weeks of searching will save months of rework and conflicts later.

My experience with has been surprisingly smooth and rewarding. The first thing that stood out was how transparent the bonuses and wagering rules are—everything was added automatically after sign-up, no confusion or waiting. The game selection itself isn’t overwhelming, but it’s solid, with lots of options for both sports and gaming markets. I especially enjoyed the live events, where odds update instantly and you can make changes to your bets in real-time. Daily boosts and insurance on accumulators added an extra layer of confidence for me. I also love the in-game stats; watching shots, possession, and expected goals while betting gives me a real edge. For anyone who likes to approach betting strategically, Slotoboom feels like a tool rather than just a site to play.
