How not to lose yourself among other people's opinions
We live in a world where every post, piece of advice, or comment can influence our choices — from lifestyle to big decisions. I often feel that my decisions are a reaction to other people's opinions rather than my own values. How can I learn to filter out external influences and stay true to myself?

Re: How not to lose yourself among other people's opinions
This is a question that many people can relate to, and I've been there too. I once noticed that I was making decisions under pressure from "what others might think," and it was exhausting. Then I started reading articles where people explain how they form their principles and stick to them regardless of trends. For example, in the article the author talks about how his beliefs became the basis for all his major decisions. This helped me realize that what matters is not what others say, but what you can argue for yourself. And when I started asking myself this question before every choice, it became easier to separate the noise from my own voice.
