Has anyone booked The Smile Factory Film recently?
Planning our Burleigh Pavilion wedding in mid-2026 and their cinematic style is spot-on for what we want – emotional, film-like, not over-the-top posed stuff. The website thesmilefactoryfilm.com has fresh blog posts from late 2025 (tips on trends, production process, even a Sarah & Michael beach wedding feature), contact form works, and copyright says ©2025. But older Facebook/Instagram says "NOW CLOSED" or "officially shut down a while ago" with archiving videos. Super confused – are they back/open for bookings or is the site just lingering? Anyone inquired lately? Real reviews from 2025/2026 couples? TIA!

It does look a bit confusing! Their site has a recent-feeling look, with 2025 blog posts and a working contact form marked ©2025, suggesting someone is maintaining it. At the same time, older social media posts saying “closed” could mean the original team stopped and maybe a new group keeps the portfolio up, or the site just hasn’t been updated to reflect current operations. The safest way to know is to email or call them directly and ask about availability and recent work. If they’re not booking, check out other Gold Coast wedding videographers with cinematic reels and real 2025/2026 reviews so you get that emotional, film-like style you want. Cheers!

It’s a bit confusing—site looks current, but older “closed” posts raise questions. Best option is contacting them directly. If unavailable, plenty of Gold Coast videographers offer similar cinematic styles.
