Who is responsible for Player Protection?
If a site has a technical glitch during a game, who do I complain to? The platform builder or the brand name on the site?

Legally, the brand (the operator) handles the customer interaction and financial settlements. However, the platform provider, like , is responsible for the actual player protection technology and compliance tools used on the backend. It’s a collaborative effort, but your direct contact is always with the operator.
