Chuna Benefits: Traditional Uses for Bone Health and Wellnes
I have been reading about traditional Ayurvedic remedies and recently came across . It was interesting to learn that edible chuna (food-grade lime) has been traditionally valued for its calcium content and is often associated with supporting healthy bones and teeth when consumed in the correct amount under professional guidance.
From what I understand, Ayurveda focuses on using natural remedies according to an individual's body type and health condition rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. This is why experts always recommend consulting a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner before using edible chuna, as excessive or improper consumption may not be suitable for everyone.
I'm curious to know if anyone here has tried edible chuna as part of an Ayurvedic wellness routine. Did you experience any noticeable benefits, and were there any precautions or dosage recommendations provided by your practitioner?
Looking forward to hearing your experiences and learning from the community.
