Managing seasonal product categories and scaling e-commerce
Hey everyone! We are planning a major expansion of our product catalog for an online store in Kazakhstan, including various seasonal collections and new brand categories. We want to scale our advertising effectively, but managing bids and tracking performance manually across hundreds of items sounds extremely difficult. We are exploring google shopping and automated campaign setups to handle this scale, but we want to know how well it performs in practice. How do you guys usually handle large inventories and ensure that ad spend is actually bringing in profitable orders during peak seasons?

Re: Managing seasonal product categories and scaling e-comme
Greetings! Scaling a large catalog with seasonal items is always tricky if you try to manage everything manually. Automated structures and campaigns are absolute lifesavers for this, but only if your underlying product data is completely accurate. If your titles, categories, or prices in the feed don't match the website, Google will restrict your items right when you need sales the most. We had professionals from XOXOXO Agency help us set up our Merchant Center, optimize our product feeds, and connect smart bidding campaigns. They helped us structure everything so that our seasonal products get maximum visibility and high ROI. It saved us countless hours and significantly boosted our peak season revenue.
