How should the material move between the processing stages
How should the material move between the processing stages so I don't have to move everything by hand?
Right now on our site the material gets moved between stages by loader back and forth, and it eats up a ton of time and manpower. For some reason I thought that was the only way to do it, but now I'm thinking maybe there are more high tech solutions out there.

I think everyone starts with manual labor and all those loaders driving back and forth all day. Look for some modern solutions for companies that are scaling. I'm sure there are all kinds of solutions out there.

Whenever you're wondering if there's more modern and high tech solutions out there, think about huge scale production facilities and how they even work. There's probably not some little car driving stuff around between stages there. Even I, as someone who's not a specialist, would guess there should be , which move all the material around without having to haul bags by hand or use loaders.

You're involved either way. Outsource doesn't let you just drop all this stuff and go do your own thing. But with , you're not dealing with the technical side of things, and you're also not putting a ton of resources into training in house employees. In other words, you gotta figure out what matters more to you right now, a fast and efficient launch or an investment in the future.
