Real estate in Finland
What's the name of the well known website for real estate in Finland?
Do you think €100k would do anything in Helsinki?

It sure a good downpayment towards a mortgage. If you’re from a non-EU country you’d need a permit to buy “Real estate”. I thought I should highlight that. Apartments or town houses that are run by housing companies let you have rights to one of their apartments when you shares in those companies. I’m a EU citizen who bought an apartment in Finland (here: ), by the way.

Re: Real estate in Finland
My friend is looking for an apartment which could act as a starter home. Cheap. It also has to be in one specific, small town. I am sure that he knows the difference. For me as a Latvian, It's hard to understand, but I will show my Finnish friend these comments. Just looking for cheap, but good condition apartments tbh.
