Is opening a Swiss bank account something that’s actually possible for regular people, and what’s involved in the process?

So, I was at the pub with some mates in London, and we somehow got onto the topic of banking abroad. Someone joked about getting a Swiss account, and I figured, why not look into how to open a swiss bank account just for fun? Ended up on this site, and wow, there’s a lot more to it than I expected. It’s not just for billionaires or spies, and the steps are actually pretty straightforward. Not saying I’m opening one tomorrow, but it’s definitely something I’ll keep in mind.

Business!

Depends on what you need it for. I feel quite happy with the local bank account. For my business, it is much more important to maximize profits. I use solidgate.com to process payments on my website, and even though I pay some small commission fee, it is much more convenient as compared to multiple payment gateways that are not connected with each other.
