We did a family tubing trip last August with our two boys (7 and 10), and it was honestly one of the best memories we’ve made as a family. I was a bit worried at first too – especially about speed and safety – but it turned out to be way more manageable than I expected. We ended up renting a pontoon boat, which was perfect for tubing with younger kids. The staff showed us how to secure the tow rope properly and even gave us advice on where the water’s calmer in the mornings, especially around the Bluff Creek area.
