I used to think a cool app idea was enough to dive into development. I was wrong. Mobile app development is so much more than just coding. You’ve got to map out the user journey, prioritize core features, and, most importantly, leave room for things to change. What I learned the hard way: don’t try to build the perfect version on day one. Start small. Test often. Get feedback. You’ll realize what users actually care about and it’s rarely what you expected. Mobile app development is a process, not a one-time project. If your planning is solid, everything else becomes a little easier.
