Has anyone worked with a usability testing company before? L

Hey all,
I'm currently in the early stages of redesigning a website for a mid-sized e-commerce business I help run. We've been hitting some roadblocks around how intuitive the user flow really is, especially for new customers. After a bit of Googling, I stumbled across this usability testing company called Testing4Success and their services actually seem pretty spot on for what we need.

That said, I’ve never hired a third-party usability testing team before. I'm used to doing basic A/B testing and relying on feedback from friends or internal staff, but I’m starting to realize that’s not cutting it anymore.

Has anyone here worked with a usability testing company before—whether it’s this one or another? Curious how the process went, what kind of feedback you got, and whether it actually helped improve conversions or user experience.

Would love to hear some real stories if you’ve got them. Thanks!
