Daily Missions in Hamster Run: Worth the Grind?

by bettyvill » Fri Jul 04, 2025 7:56 pm

I’ve been logging in to Hamster Run every morning before work, trying to squeeze in those daily missions. Some of them feel doable, but others just eat up way too much time for what they give back. I had one the other day that took like 25 minutes for barely anything in return. I like the vibe of the game, don’t get me wrong — just wondering if anyone else feels like some of the daily grind isn’t really worth it?

Yeah, I hear you. I had a mission last week that asked for multiple wins in a row — nearly lost my mind trying to finish that one. But I’ve found it helps to knock out the easier ones during lunch break and just skip the annoying ones. Sometimes the missions do unlock some pretty cool little rewards if you stick with it though. Also, the full list of tasks and how they rotate is on the https://hamsterrun.games/ site if you ever wanna plan ahead.

I’ve just been watching my cousin play and honestly, I’m more entertained by how intense he gets over those hamster races than the game itself. He literally cheers when his hamster jumps perfectly or dodges something last second. He’s got a whole routine — snacks, headphones, even a lucky hoodie. I didn’t expect a mobile game to have that much power over a grown adult, but hey, whatever makes people happy.
