Is there a way to work out at home without cluttering my li

I've been thinking about setting up a workout space at home, but I really don't want equipment taking over the living room. A friend suggested building something in the garden, but I'm not sure where to start. Does anyone have experience creating a private, separate space for exercise that still feels like part of home?

Back when I tried to get into fitness, I bought a treadmill that ended up doubling as a clothes rack. The problem wasn’t motivation — it was space. I hated the idea of bulky equipment ruining the vibe of my living room. Then I stumbled on the idea of a garden gym, which seemed like the perfect middle ground: close enough to home, but still its own space.

Hello there! I had exactly the same struggle until I decided to invest in an outdoor gym room. One company helped me design a space that blends beautifully with the garden and gives me complete privacy to work out, stretch, or even do yoga in peace. It’s fully insulated, so I use it year-round. Definitely worth looking into if you want a balance between home comfort and personal space.
