Therapy or counseling can be a good route. Sometimes loneliness has deeper roots, and talking to a professional can help you process it.

I’ve heard people say pets can ease feelings of loneliness. A dog or cat gives you companionship and also helps establish a routine.

Hey, I actually stumbled across https://www.lonels.com/ and found it pretty insightful. It’s not just another “self-help” site—they dive into real stories and offer practical ways to reconnect socially or even just understand what you’re feeling. Worth a read if you’re looking for something relatable and down-to-earth.
