This review is specifically for one employee, Heather Crump, of BOA of Boone, NC. She is outstanding, in all categories (friendly, knowledgeable, outstanding customer service). I went into the bank to close my account due to horrible service from the national level bank service and dealt with Heather twice lands of america . Both times got outstanding service. If all BOA employees were like her, I would not have closed my account!
