Portfolio Panic Mode
After months of freelancing, I realized I really need a proper portfolio website to show my work. I designed a layout already, but now I’m stuck at the hosting part. Since I’ll be sending it to potential clients, I can’t afford slow load speeds or random downtime. What web host would you suggest for someone trying to look professional right away?

Re: Portfolio Panic Mode
I was in that same boat when I finally pulled my design projects together and tried to launch a portfolio. I had the visuals ready, but my first host was painfully slow—one client even mentioned the site took ages to load, which was embarrassing. Ended up looking into different options and found hostgator hosting super helpful for comparing hosts that balance price with reliability. Made it easier to pick something that actually feels professional without overcomplicating things.
